Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.

Pack Your Juicer

Carefully place the product and all original components back into the Hurom shipping box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
